General Description
Each Ruckus MailFILTER license includes the Basic support package. Options for an Enhanced Support package or a
Comprehensive Support package are available, and can be purchased to cover a term of 12 months.
Please contact FPSN.NET Development, Inc. for the price of the support package
for your licensed version and configuration
Basic Support
- Access to Ruckus MailFILTER online resources, including issued clarifications, FAQ's, and 'bug' repair
patches
- Mailing Lists:
Enhanced Support
- Access to Ruckus MailFILTER online resources
- Mailing Lists:
- Direct technical assistance via email (maximum of 15 occurrences)
- Minor software upgrades (known as "point" upgrades) within the software version, as licensed
- If a new major version of Ruckus MailFILTER is issued during the covered term, a 'credit' of 50% of the price
you paid for your existing license can be applied to an upgrade of your license to the new major version (of the
same configuration, or higher)
Comprehensive Support
- Access to Ruckus MailFILTER online resources
- Mailing Lists:
- Direct technical assistance via email (maximum of 25 occurrences)
- Minor software upgrades (known as "point" upgrades) within the software version, as licensed
- If a new major version of Ruckus MailFILTER is issued during the covered term, a 'credit' of 50% of the price
you paid for your existing license can be applied to an upgrade of your license to the new major version (of the
same configuration, or higher)
